The associates of IEI recognize that Global Leadership Programs are essential to the full development of world leaders and educators.  We incorporate an inclusive definition of leadership into our work with groups and individuals that encompass all participants as part of the dynamic. Relationships are developed through which individuals create collaborative connections and mutually life enhancing communication.  Leaders must continue their growth and development, which in turn will facilitate a more complete development of the organization as a whole.  This expansion of the whole then continues through human synergy and the collective experience of all involved.  IEI’s Global Leadership Programs blend theories of leadership, ethics, spirituality, systems, construction of the self, communication, and social capital while offering practical, strategic, and tactical solutions.
