Corinne Harmon, EdD is a Senior Consultant with Infinite Excellence, Inc. She has led school systems toward building a collective efficacy for the optimal growth of students, staff, and communities. She has served in a variety of P-12 leadership positions, culminating as the first female superintendent of the third largest school district in the state of Missouri. She now serves as department chair of Leadership, Research, and Foundations at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. The spiritual, conscious, and cultural dimensions of leadership, as well as the application of the laws of quantum physics to leadership practices remain primary foci of Dr. Harmon’s research, writing and consulting. Her expertise includes training and consulting in systemic and sustainable change for organizational aptitude. Her work with clients employs the Appreciative Inquiry process as well as a focus on the cultural responsiveness of organizations and services.
Dr. Harmon believes in the power of the individual and the undeniable connection of self to “other.” She is a certified life coach, assisting and supporting individuals to become leaders in their own life in every aspect of their existence. Her approach centers on the belief that all answers lie within the individual and the collective consciousness and that leadership is the ability to create a sacred, open space for one’s life force to emerge. From this space, actions become positive, deliberate, unconditional, and compassionate on behalf of all people.
