Dr. Nadyne Guzman excels at providing support and answers for Human Resource needs. She can evaluate your needs, help to hire individuals for your company as well as negotiate with your best interest in mind. IEI can evaluate needs, conduct a search, interview candidates, and do background and reference checks. After the search is complete and a candidate is hired, Dr. Guzman will facilitate and integrate your new employees into your team while helping them to establish essential communication skills. As a coach, she will teach your employees how to make this communication a part of the daily work life. The betterment of the work environment is the goal of IEI’s Human Resource support.
